Right.  I was unclear. Sorry about that!

I didn't mean the full potlatch, as that obviously is a very complex project.  
I meant something very simple that could perhaps aid in adding street names 
or similar things.

Once again, sorry for suggesting that potlatch is not advanced. Btw, it's the 
only editor I've ever used.
