[OSM-talk] [RFC voting all in one] Internal quality

Here is a new proposal to help (great!) validators tools to help enlight 
problems in the OSM DB

It also give, in itself, some information on the quality of the internal osm 
data

two validators are expecting to use it soon :

Vote is open at same time but you still can refute a part or all tags if you 
find problems

Thanks for voting, even if your vote is "blanc" ("white" in english ?) ( white 
means you don't care about that tag or another but you feel interesed by it, 
while still don't founding it great but will help to reach the 15 vote quota 
to say "yes people are interested in such a feature" )
