Which can be hacked^H^H^H^H^H^H solved by relaxing the current requirement
for angles to be multiples of 90 degrees.
So we have 4 different solutions each with their own pros and cons :
* Relation:restriction which requires many ways to be split (and remain
split).
* Relation:xrestriction which does not allow segments near junctions to be
split.
* from/to_direction=forwards/backwards which does not allow ways to be
reversed.
* from/to_direction=azimuth_angle which will only work if the user or the
editor can provide approximate angles.
Anyone feels like choosing one and writing a user friendly visual editor ?
