Ok, fixed now. Some of the older data that originally came from a planet file, rather than an osmosis feed, was processed incorrectly resulting in apostrophe's not being escaped properly.
Hope I've caught everything now.

80n just fixed an error with double-encoded characters today. That might
have caused this. I guess/hope he catches this thread and can have a look.
