Point taken. In hindsight we have been slow at this. Our general 
strategy has been to engage with legal-talk and all these deeply 
interested in actually formulating the license and supporting 
procedures, then broaden to all OSMF members as a reality check and 
feedback on how tidy and clear we are being before going to the 
general community without lots of ifs and buts. I suspect we may want 
to review the length of time we have for this. Meanwhile, thanks to 
Pieren for helping out by organising the survey at 
http://doodle.com/feqszqirqqxi4r7w . I peek at it every day and 
encourage more non-OSMF mappers to give your view.
