The planet dump was delayed for about 24 hours due to a timeout talking
with the database server. I have made some updates to the planet dump
tool to make it more robust in future. 

The import into the postgresql database is also running slower this week
because I have enabled the extra indexes required for applying diffs.
The next step will applying the diffs each day (if all goes well).

I hope the import will finish in the next few hours, if not I'll disable
the indexes and restart it.
