[OSM-talk] [tagging] Feature Proposal - "Voting" - Scope for access tags

I'd like to find out whether people agree with conditional access
information as described in my proposal, so I started "voting":

The proposal suggests using tags like
maxspeed:wet=80
or
maxspeed:hgv=100
to state that a maxspeed is valid only on wet roads (example 1) or only
for hgv traffic.

Please add your opinion to the poll and discuss related ideas as well as
problems with the concept on the talk page.
