Hi Daniel,
It looks very similar to the devices on this list :

Perhaps you can peek around with Active Sync ?
Perhaps you can rename gosm_arm.exe to mobilenavigator.exe. Place it
in a directory called mobilenavigator together with gosmore.pak for
your region and copy it to an SD card. Configure the dayton for an
external application, then "navigate".
