API 0.6 will enable the site to do a lot of this, if I'm understanding you
right. You can see what changesets a user has made (a la "User
contributions" on Mediawiki), and then browse each changeset for the
individual edits using the existing data browser. There's obviously a lot
more that can be done for visualisation of each changeset but it's a good
start.
