I'm using JOSM on Vista64 with Yahoo imagery.

1.) Make sure that both JOSM and the WMS plugin are up to date.
2.) Check the WMS section in JOSM settings. The "Yahoo Sat"-entry should
look like this:
html:http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wmsplugin/YahooDirect.html?
3.) Download webkit-image.zip [2]
4.) Unzip it
5.) Move the contents so that the DLL files and the EXE file are
somewhere "on your system path". The best way to achieve this might be
to place them alongside josm-latest.jar Make sure to keep the
'imageformats' subfolder structure intact when unzipping.
