After an extremely short discussion on talk_au, because we were very late and 
unprepared, and without having asked NZ mappers for an opinion, I put in a 
proposal for a talk at Linuxconf Au for an OSM lecture.

If this interferes with any NZ plans, I'm happy to withdraw, as the 5 minutes 
preparation already made would not be enough to worry about.
Of course, a proposal written that quickly is no guarantee of the lecture 
proposal being accepted.
