It would be useful to have the order format. Does it come close to this?

Format:		74 x 105 mm A7 portrait
Number of pages:		8 pages
Colour:		4/4-colour CMYK
Paper:		135 GSM glossy
Processing:		8-page zig zag fold
Creasing/Perforation:		4 Creasing
