Spooky thing is, these parameters are indeed listed IN THAT ORDER on my 
invoice. I might have to change my E-Mail password ;-)

The exception being the creasing; my job has neither creasing nor 
perforation (if it *had* had creasing it would be 3 not 4). The edges 
are nonetheless perfectly all right (at least for this kind of product). 
The price with creasing would have been considerably higher at the 
supplier we chose (no creasing, 225 EUR, 3 creasing, 425 EUR!).

The supplier was print24.de. Unfortunately they only ship to German 
addresses.
