That's the second time you've quoted that page. Once mentioning it
talks about residential roads, and now the other saying something is
referred to as "unimportant". I can't find residential or
unimportant anywhere on the page. 

Looking at the discussion page for the link you quote though
suggests the page was originally an old one, and you'd be better off
looking at Map Features.
