You can use OSM3S. Just send a post request with content
http://78.46.81.38/api/poi?bbox=15.5337,48.1732,15.7161,48.2362&amenity=restaurant
You should receive a gzip-compressed osm file.
This request is a short cut for the request to
http://78.46.81.38/api/interpreter
with POST data:
