Absolutely.  But ShareAlike means you have to Share Alike.
Specifically, it means if you use CC-BY-SA data, you have to release
the derivative under CC-BY-SA.

You may point to claims from some that ODbL is in the same spirit as
CC-BY-SA.  But my opinion is that it is not.
