I do not think it's a problem only for google cache, because a search
on google maps  also shows OSM data:

But the fact is that we are in crisis, hundreds of people have died,
millions have lost their homes and we have no images to map and help.

 Mr. Parsons, you can help us to get images to map the area of crisis?
