[OSM-talk] osmosis problem

I ran into a similar problem once. /tmp was filling up but I had
plenty of space elsewhere. Osmosis just uses the system temporary path
and doesn't have any options to override it. But you can do it at the
java level by passing "-Djava.io.tmpdir=/new/tmp/" as a JVM option.
