I asked Spot Image : they don't mention the earthquake on their site, so 
who knows - why no ask ?

We need post-quake imagery to provide the necessary maps to the 
emergency responders. Would you provide images on a pro-bono

This would provide a great opportunity for Spot Image to show public 
benevolence and benefit from the resulting goodwill.
