[OSM-talk] Haiti: All in One Garmin Map now with Damage layer and MapSource installer

Hi all,

(posting this for Christoph Wagner, who did all the work)

We now have the Garmin All in One Map for Haiti with an additional
layer showing damage (very similar to http://haiti.openstreetmap.nl).
A MapSource installer is also included since that was a request by
Craig Luecke, one of the known users of OSMs Garmin files.

The files are updated every 30 minutes.
