I would say that her odds of winning the damages, or, for that matter, of having a court agree to hear the case at all, are pretty low.  If you are using a map of any sort, you are still expected to use common sense as well.  If a map tells you to drive through a road that turns out to be closed for repairs, or is one-way in the wrong direction, that doesn't give you an excuse to drive through the road anyway.
