That isn't mapping, that's making projections based on currents and
stuff, you'd need a lot of fluid dynamics to keep up with it all, not
exactly the kind of thing OSM, or the current crowd (which isn't
unlimited -- there is only about 10k-12k active mappers) is really
suited to.
