Hi

I have noticed that on both sides exists languages which are not present on the
other.

As JOSM uses josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/??:Help as main help page (F1) a link to
wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/??:JOSM would be really helpful if there is no
translated page in JOSM so far. We can still set a link to the english version
within JOSM.

We should also link from wiki to JOSM to get to more wiki users informed about
JOSMs online help and help improve it and/or translate.
