He talks about the *vertical* scrollbar which is really quite annoying.
Take this page for example:
<http://taginfo.openstreetmap.de/tags/craft=carpenter>
There is much white space on the page but I have to scroll vertical
anyway to see all information. In this case it would be better to wrap
some of the table cells in the next row.
There are also two little bugs in here (WinXP FF 3.6.6): If you scroll
as far right as you can, there are still characters missing at the last
word (it reads "addr:housenum"). The Tool-Tip-Text shows
"addr%3Ahousenumber" with %3A in it.
