My property boundary is defined in terms of the position from a nail in
a brick wall, which has been covered in cement render.
The boundary pegs have been buried over the years and the fence doesn't
sit on the boundary either. You could survey the extent of my yard, but
to find the lot boundary you will need to call in the professional
surveyors who will have to work back to the State Survey Mark, or even
a Permanent Marker.
