Please point to some real flames.

In all the time the licence discussions have been happening, nobody has mentioned
*one* *single* *case* where the licence of the map isn't respected and we are not
in a position to enforce it, but with the extra legalese in the ODbL we would be.

Since the situation is so serious, there should surely be plenty of examples
by now.
