[OSM-talk] Vista eTrex 10,20,30 series

On some Garmin devices, the full time including seconds is only
displayed in a 'wide' data field whereas 'narrow' / 'normal' data
fields will only display HH:MM. See if there's that distinction on the
Garmins you use.
