You can check the "GPS logging interval" setting in OSMTracker. I
think the default is "0" which should give you a very fine-grained
track. But from the looks of that trace, I would guess that the phone
lost its GPS fix for some reason. This could have to do with your
surroundings (tall buildings don't help as Andrew mentioned) or
various other factors. On my Galaxy S the GPS circuitry seems to be
especially sensitive to heat. When my phone starts getting warm to the
touch, the GPS seems to loose its fix much more easily.
