The new java based XAPI is running and responding to test queries, but
be warned it is still under active development. See:
https://github.com/iandees/xapi-servlet
There is also a new UI is available here:
http://www.openstreetmap.us/uixapi/xapi.html

Additional hardware will be available when the new implementation is
ready for production.
