 If they want to conform to our share-alike policy they at least have to 
 enter fixed and mobile speed cameras to OSM, shouldn't they?

 Anyway, it's only 25% of the points that are of use for that purpose 
 and I think a substantial portion of that are trackpoints made on foot 
 or by bicycle.

 Does our usage policy exclude certain uses of OSM/GPX data?
