[OSM-talk] Quick History Service is down (wtfe.gryph.de)

Hi,

    my quick history server at wtfe.gryph.de is offline due to a 
hardware issue at the hosting provider. This affects the license change 
layers/plugins in JOSM and Potlatch. The provider has emailed to say 
they're "working on it" but I'll have to wait and see. It is unclear if 
the database will have to be rebuilt after the system is back up (which 
would mean about a week of additional downtime).
