It seems the machine is up and running again and has current data.

I have had isolated reports about malfunctions in the past (the "when I 
tried again it worked" kind). But with the service getting more widely 
used I am interested in bug reports of any kind to make sure it holds up 
to expectations.

Also if other people would like to run the software on a machine of 
their own - requires a Linux box with ~ 100 GB disk space, a MySQL 
database and Osmosis - I'll gladly help them set things up.
