Yes, we have to be very careful about folks details as per UK Data 
Protection Act. Generally exposing information is a no-no, so what we 
are looking at is authorising one or two people to have enough access to 
perform the, legitimate, task of pinpointing and trying to contact such 
folks. Simon Poole has kindly volunteered to take this on
