[OSM-talk] Are OSM tags case sensitive?

Yeah, technically, tags are case sensitive. You can have multiple tags
on an object: foo=bar, Foo=bar, FOO=bar all on one object will be
accepted by the API.

But as Ed pointed out, by convention, most things are lower case.
