[OSM-talk] EU looking for cartography tender for Mali

Hi,

the European Union is looking for tenders for a cartographic project for
Mali. Budget up to € 5 Mio:

IMHO this would best be met by setting up an OSM infrastructure, partly
crowdsourced, alongside with topographic data and a decent Open Government
Data infrastructure. The bid invitation is not within our scope but maybe
somebody else here is interested?
