If you want it kept, there are a few steps:
Delete ungood node 503671521 and re-create it based on aerials or other 
sources. (It's possible that simply moving the node is enough; I'm not 
sure.)
Verify that you would have tagged this way as highway=residential.
Add a tag odbl=clean.
