Subject: [OSM-talk] Abuse of OSM data / censorship in Germany

Following the Bing bluring of German military installations (or areas used
years before as such) I have two questions and would be grateful for an
answer
- Will OSMF/DWG investigate the assumption that OSM polygons
(landuse=military) were used to blur these areas as indicated here?
http://osmac.bplaced.net/bing_proof/
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Bing/2012_Germany_Military_Blurring
- Will OSMF/DWG delete content within these polygon when noticed by German
government or seek legal advice/protection before?

Thanks & Kind regards
Thomas
