I just get "You need to upgrade your Adobe Flash Player to watch this 
video." when I try to view that.  If it's just an html file, can't you 
post it somewhere that's more universally accessible?

Have you considered trying to correlate these elevation tags with e.g. 
the SRTM altitude data?

(I can offer help with using the SRTM data, if necessary.)
