[OSM-talk] Open Data International and OpenStreetMap?

The day of February 23, 2013 will be the International Day of Open Data
http://opendataday.org/

The formula to celebrate this event should be an hackathon

In Italy somebody want use the event also to invite the public
administration in some organizational process to release new data.

If I think in this direction togheter the opportunity of an hackathon,
i suppose that a good idea can be invite some publica administration
to open geo data with a symbolic donation of these to the
openstreetmap community.

My idea is easy:
write a document where ask to some public administrations (or some
public istitutions/agencies) to release geo data with a good license
ready to be imported by the OpenStreetMap Community (maybe with a
notification on the wiki)
A simple action for a big celebration of the Open Data Day International.
