Hello,

Thank you a lot for you answer. That seems very positive for the naming
of the Japanese places in latin alphabet (now that you said it, it seems
obvious that Wikipedia would not sue OSM for using collected well-know
data). I hope that there will be no objection that I make and execute
another tool to complete the names.
