[OSM-talk] Disappearing nodes from wheelmap.org

Hi,

i'm the developer of wheelmap.org - a osm based map for wheelchair accessible places. The OSM contains about 415.000 places with this tag.

We prepared a dashboard with a few major cities (mostly in Germany) and the amount of wheelchair tagged places:https://metrics.librato.com/share/dashboards/3wf885ot?duration=2415600

Today i had a look at the last 4 weeks and saw a reduction of the amount of tagged nodes/ways. This made me think, because the over all number is constantly increasing.

I suspect that a tagging scheme has been changed and i am not aware of it. Can someone help me to find out, what is going on? Or am i wrong?
