[OSM-talk] Dirt Roads in Mapnik, default render in OSM

unsurfaced is a deprecated highway value, as should be dirt road, these are usually either unclassified (normal road) or track (agricultural/forestal road, not thought for ordinary traffic) or service or residential, in rare cases or remote areas maybe tertiary or secondary. The surface property goes into a different property ("surface")
