[OSM-talk] Upgraded map controls

Humm...
Just to be clear: I'm not involved in anyway in osm.org redesign.
I've given this tip because it seems to me that the topic was about 
keeping or not the +/- buttons, and imho it's a useful tip for people 
who, like me, doesn't use a mouse.
