[OSM-talk] Empty tag values

Roland,

What is the value of  (use case for) empty tags?

What does "name =" mean?  This should have a name, but I don't know what it
is (kind of a specific "fix me" tag)?

I am not saying there isn't value in empty tags, I just am not sure what it
is.
