One way that it is different is that a wikipedia link for e.g. (1) is 
human-readable ("en:Tate Britain 
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/en:Tate%20Britain?uselang=en-GB>") wheras 
a wikidata one on its own isn't ("Q195436 
<http://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q195436?uselang=en-GB>"), though I can 
follow the wikidata link to wikipedia (assuming that's where it's 
imported from, which has been the case for ALL OSM-linked wikidata 
entries that I've seen so far).
