I don't quite understand the benefits compared to presets yet. Adding
Wikibase functionality to the OSM *Wiki* would be awesome in my opinion.
Using it to edit OSM data, however, does not sound that intuitively
appealing when more specialized tools are available. But perhaps you can
elaborate?
