there's no real solution for cases that use the same key and there are
infinite possibilities of combinations. My favorite one is an optician
which also sells Polish deli:

I'd use several objects, if they are not distinguishable spatially I'd
overlap them, e.g. by drawing an area and reuse it in a small multipolygon
relation.
