Not sure, but it might be valid to have different access restrictions (e.g.
moped) on the same way, depending on the direction (while it must not be on
purpose, there is still the possibility it is on purpose, similarly,
maxspeeds for non divided, one carriageway roads might be different
depending on the direction of travel).
