[OSM-talk] Pictures of opening hours signs for machine learning purposes

I’ve finished my iPhone app (demo) for reading opening hours via the camera, and it works great. Here’s a demo of it reading some of Lukas’s photos (while they’re displayed on my laptop):

In each clip the recognition is complete once the Accept button becomes enabled. 

Green boxes indicate interesting text and red indicates rejected text. 

It currently understands English and German. If you want another language supported you can send me the words for Monday-Sunday, their typical 2-3 letter abbreviation, as well as the words for “to” and AM/PM (if used) as in “9:00am to 5:00pm”
