if your perception is biased and distorted, you’ll verify exactly this. :)
There is no solution for the “name” tag value of a place where nobody lives, if the neighbors cannot agree. We have space for all alternatives and variants if there are more than a very small group of people agreeing that it “exists”/is known (safeguards against trolling). You can have for example official_name:CN. Even loc_name for specifically local names.
